FXCM Trading Agreement: *Please do NOT send funds until after your account forms have been received and processed by FXCM.  A member of the FXCM staff will contact you via email within 2 business days of receiving your account forms.

Account applications are evaluated immediately after being received. FXCM will contact the trader within two business days of receiving the application. To open an account, a minimum initial deposit of $2,000 is required by check or wire transfer. Funds received by wire are placed in the account within one business day. Certified checks and cashier's checks are also deposited in the FXCM account within one business day. Personal checks may take up to 10 business days to clear depending on the bank, state of origin, and amount. Once funds are placed in a new account, FXCM provides login information to the trader via email.  Upon logging into the account, please note the four digit account ID# which must be used on all correspondence to FXCM.

Account Manager Option

If you wish to employ another individual to trade on your behalf, a Limited Power of Attorney Form must be completed indicating the account manager who will be assigned the necessary permissions as the "trading agent." In addition, FXCM requires the account manager to complete the contract information on a copy of the Account Application Form. The FXCM trading platform enables the trading agent to collect a fee on every unit being traded. This fee must be specified on the Limited Power of Attorney Form.
